Alternate Grip Pull-Up

To do a proper Alternate Grip Pull-Up, you must:

  1. Start with the strongest hand closest to your body and grab the bar.
  2. Grab the bar with the other hand directly in front of your strong hand.
  3. Keeping the body straight, pull upward.
  4. Slightly bend your neck on the way up so you do not hit your head.
  5. Return to the dead-hang position.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5.
