To perform a proper No-Jump Burpee, you must:

  1. Bend down and place hands on to floor shoulder-width apart
  2. Kick feet out and get into a push-up position
  3. Perform a push up with any desired form
  4. Return feet under your chest
  5. Stand up straight
  6. Repeat

Key notes: This is a burpee… WITHOUT the jump.
