To perform a proper No-Jump Burpee, you must:
- Bend down and place hands on to floor shoulder-width apart
- Kick feet out and get into a push-up position
- Perform a push up with any desired form
- Return feet under your chest
- Stand up straight
- Repeat
Key notes: This is a burpee… WITHOUT the jump.
