To perform a proper Farmer’s Walk with Sandbags, you must:
- Pick up a pair of sandbags in each hand (crush the handles).
- Stand tall with sandbags out to the sides a couple of inches (do not let the weight touch your legs).
- Look straight ahead and pinch your shoulder blades (scapula) back slightly.
- Keep your core tight.
- Walk slowly and with small steps.
