Knee Hug

To perform proper Knee Hugs, you must:

  1. Lie on your back and keep your hands to the side.
  2. Simultaneously lift your torso and your legs as you bring your knees to the chest.
  3. Hug your knees with both hands and then slowly return your torso to the floor as you lower your legs (don’t let the legs touch the floor).
  4. Repeat the movement and perform at least 10 reps.
