To perform proper Knee Hugs, you must:
- Lie on your back and keep your hands to the side.
- Simultaneously lift your torso and your legs as you bring your knees to the chest.
- Hug your knees with both hands and then slowly return your torso to the floor as you lower your legs (don’t let the legs touch the floor).
- Repeat the movement and perform at least 10 reps.
