Leg Tuck

To do a proper Leg Tuck, you must:

  1. Grab pull up bar with an Alternate Grip
  2. Hang off the bar – Body in a straight line
  3. Bend Elbows (no exact degree of angle)
  4. Bring both knees to both elbows
  5. Bring legs back to starting position (straight dead hang)
  6. When performing another rep of the leg tuck, you should NOT swing or use momentum (aka kipping) at the bottom to assist in getting the next rep.
