Single-Leg Touchdowns

To perform proper Single-Leg Touchdowns, you must:

  1. Balance on one leg with the corresponding shoulder in line with hip and knee.
  2. With opposite leg, kick your foot backwards.
  3. Lean forward with the weight in your hand.
  4. Bring the weight all the way to the floor or close to the floor as possible. (Get a good stretch in the back of the leg).
  5. Rise into starting position.
