To perform the Rear Delt Squeeze with Band properly, you must:
- Stand with feet hip-width apart and the band in both hands about shoulder-width apart.
- Lift the band so that it is taught and in front of your chest.
- Stretch both arms horizontally out the the sides as you widen the band across your chest.
- Release slowly.
