Rotational Twists with Band

To perform proper Rotational Twists with Band, you must:

  1. Anchor the band at chest height, grab it in both hands, and step away from the anchor sideways.
  2. Extend your arms out in front of you and twist your torso until your arms are straight out to your side (away from the anchor).
  3. Reverse the motion.
  4. Perform on both sides.
