To perform proper Rotational Twists with Band, you must:
- Anchor the band at chest height, grab it in both hands, and step away from the anchor sideways.
- Extend your arms out in front of you and twist your torso until your arms are straight out to your side (away from the anchor).
- Reverse the motion.
- Perform on both sides.
