To perform proper Sled Push, you must:
- Place an appropriate amount of weight on a resistance sled.
- Begin by placing both hands on the sled.
- Step back with your right leg.
- Bend your left knee and bring it towards the sled.
- With both feet on the ground, bend at the hips. This is the starting position.
- Beginning with your right leg, step forward towards the sled.
- Keep your arms straightened as you push the sled forward.
- Alternate stepping forward while contracting your core.
- Maintain a flat lower back and a lowered gaze.
