To perform proper Biceps Forehead Curls with Band, you must:
- Place band around a pole or weight rack to a raised position. Head height or higher if you prefer.
- Step back and place some tension on the band.
- Fully extend your arms and keep your elbows up.
- Begin to curl the band to your forehead.
- Get a nice squeeze of the biceps when you get the end of the band and your hands close to your forehead.
- With control, bring the bands and your hands back to the fully extended position.
- Repeat.
