Biceps Forehead Curls with Band

To perform proper Biceps Forehead Curls with Band, you must:

  1. Place band around a pole or weight rack to a raised position. Head height or higher if you prefer.
  2. Step back and place some tension on the band.
  3. Fully extend your arms and keep your elbows up.
  4. Begin to curl the band to your forehead.
  5. Get a nice squeeze of the biceps when you get the end of the band and your hands close to your forehead.
  6. With control, bring the bands and your hands back to the fully extended position.
  7. Repeat.
