Overhead Side Bends

To perform proper Overhead Side Bends, you must:

  1. Grab a plate weigh with both hands.
  2. Lift it over your head and lock your arms out.
  3. Bend at the right side of your midsection, raise back up, and then bend at the left side of your midsection.
  4. Rotate back and forth.
  5. Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions.
