To perform proper Overhead Side Bends, you must:
- Grab a plate weigh with both hands.
- Lift it over your head and lock your arms out.
- Bend at the right side of your midsection, raise back up, and then bend at the left side of your midsection.
- Rotate back and forth.
- Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions.
