20 Done-for-You Army Workout Plans

What’s In It For You?

Go ahead and run a large group workout session without a plan. Watch what happens. Your mouth gets dry, you forget your warmup exercises, you start to get that nervous sweat, you stutter, you shake, and everyone looks at you like, “OK, What the f*ck!?” It might be one of the worst feelings in the world.

Bear in mind. Nobody likes a leader who runs a session without a plan. They all know you have no clue what you will do next, and you are just making sh*t up on the fly. Nothing can be more demoralizing than wondering when this boring torture will end.

To successfully work with a large group, you must:

  1. Have a precisely timed plan.
  2. Workout goal (What are you trying to improve?)
  3. Keep everyone busy at all times!

Even with the proper education, the execution takes time to remember. As a leader, time can be a scarce resource. With many responsibilities and duties, finding the time to focus on creating a fitness plan can be challenging. We aim to alleviate some of the burden and stress by providing done-for-you PT plans.

These workouts have been tested with large groups, and they work. I made this very simple by giving you workouts you can put in your shorts little pocket and, like making ramen noodles, follow the easy recipe, and you will have a successful PT plan.

The Promise:

Instead of looking like a nervous idiot with 20 to 200 people looking at you like they want to bite your head off, use the cheat sheets I provide.

Put them into your shorts pocket, and follow the instructions. This book will allow you to draw up a PT plan in 30-60 seconds compared to 30-60 minutes to create it yourself. I promise you will never want to do a large group workout session again without one of these plans.

Let’s Get Started! – Your PT Calander

  1. Put the month, year, company, and platoon you plan to train.
  2. Ensure you label the 1st day of the month.
    • Continue until the last day of the month
  3. Go through your roster and start putting the instructors in.
  4. Last, put the location so your team knows where the PT session will occur.

Please check out the example below.

I gave you 3 blank canvases. You can continue the same PT plan for more than 1 month. Trust me, this is a very balanced plan; everyone will see significant improvement if you stick to the plan.
