To perform proper Dive Bomber Pushups on Sandbag, you must:
- Place the sandbag on the ground with your hands a little wider than shoulder-width apart.
- Spread your legs and push your hips as high as possible. The top of your shoulders should be pointed toward the ground.
- Lower yourself downwards leading with your shoulders (in a dip or U motion) and followed by your butt.
- Pretend as if you were going under a wire 8-12 inches off of the ground. Push yourself up on the other side of the imaginary wire.
- Lower yourself back down under the imaginary wire back to starting position.
- Repeat.
