Dive Bomber Pushups on Sandbags

To perform proper Dive Bomber Pushups on Sandbag, you must:

  1. Place the sandbag on the ground with your hands a little wider than shoulder-width apart.
  2. Spread your legs and push your hips as high as possible. The top of your shoulders should be pointed toward the ground.
  3. Lower yourself downwards leading with your shoulders (in a dip or U motion) and followed by your butt.
  4. Pretend as if you were going under a wire 8-12 inches off of the ground. Push yourself up on the other side of the imaginary wire.
  5. Lower yourself back down under the imaginary wire back to starting position.
  6. Repeat.
