To perform a proper Squat & Shoulder-Chest Hold with Med Ball, you must:
- Stand holding the medicine ball at your chest.
- Squat down, hitting at least parallel to the floor with your quads.
- Extend elbows and hold the med ball in front of you.
- Make sure you are squeezing with your chest and should muscle for work that upper body.
- This exercise can be done in multiple reps OR Holding for periods of time (i.e. 30 sec, 60 sec, 90 sec)
